Repeaters - 150' (protected) side mount (VHF) 2' Under a platform. Customer provides certificate of insurance, power, etc. Arrangements can be made for auxiliary power.

  • Space available for up to 3 additional cell antennas
  • Substantially lower noise threshold, better wind load resistance than other nearby towers
  • Ground space available for equipment housing, generator, etc. (60 x 60 fenced)
  • Structure is engineered to 120 mph wind load fully loaded (5 arrays)
  • All site engineering is already done.  The original plan and engineering submission to the City covered the addition of the other additional installations and placement of equipment.
  • Underground power and telephone feeds to the site and a master power panel.
  • Extra attention was given to lightning suppression and dissipation at the site.  There is a full counterpoise ground system plus a Ufer ground as part of the tower construction.   The fence and gates are all cad weld bonded and made a part of the ground system.
  • A full intermod study will be made of any system added to the tower to insure minimal collocation interference.
  • FAA 7460-1 specifies no tower lighting requirements at the current height.
  • Holders of economic licenses will be granted full access for testing with submission of a letter of intent and proof of insurance.
  • Monopole construction means 50' can be added with a simple crane operation.
